• Homes buyers search for a home with property videos—FREE, no registration. The search begins by choosing a property type on the nav bar, and then by specific criteria.
  
  
• All final search results include a property video, property details and options to see up to 22 Photos, as well as hear from the agent representing the property, if applicable.
  
  
•  Property details are presented in a format that groups all information into 8 categories:
  
  Property type, location, features, improvements/upgrades, parking, financials, suitability, and direct contact information with links. Concise. Complete. Easy to understand – unlike complicated listing sheets.
  
  
• The video and details may be emailed and/or printed.

-- for tech savvy users. DIY Plan A: You can create your own video right on line with your photos and voice track utilizing our onsite music and proprietary software, making transitions and moves that permit you to create a dynamic video.

-- for tech-challenged users. BNF Plan: brixNflix will create a video for you. Supply us with photos and a rough script and we’ll edit and record it with a professional voiceover, then add to your photos applying a series of transitions and techniques.

--for users who have a pre-produced video. DIY Plan B: Users may upload their pre-produced video along with up to 22 photos for posting. To learn more, or to create or post a video, click above the nav bar.

 BrixNflix is a posting/advertising site where sellers and/or their representative can present their property videos and photos on the brixNflix site for 3 month segments. This posting is included with all three of the above plans and is renewable every 3 months. Sellers, for an additional cost, have the opportunity to buy featured placements for a property video – on the home page or category home page.

 BrixNflix is an information site: The ABCs of real estate will provide answers to questions most buyers and sellers ask. These are :60 audio podcasts. Additionally the site will soon provide video podcasts focusing on a variety of options to help you buy and sell your property.
