You will be taking your own property photos. A 3rd party photographer can be hired--check out our Resource Directory for some names and numbers. But you can shoot extremely good photos with a digital camera. Check out our User Guide and Shooting tips.

Contact the seller or agent directly. The information is found on the detail page for the video.
Search by “street” in the search section of any category you select on the nav bar. If their is a property video it will be listed in the results along with others on that street.
Select the basic category of home you want on the nav bar: single family, condo, etc and fill in the search criteria and submit. For a more detailed search click on the “Advanced Search” and find multi-unit, townhome, foreclosure, short sale, etc.
If you are doing a custom video, you must write your own
narration. We recommend 150-180 words for a one-minute

90 days can be an ample period to sell a property --if priced right and in a good market. There's no reason to pay for additional posting time, unless the market is slow because of economic conditions or time of year. For a minimal charge you can add posting extensions in 3-month segments until the property is sold.
A link to your property video is sent to your email . Send this link to prospects, add to your personal website, your company website, or the MLS. If we are contracted with your specific MLS a non-branded version will automatically be sent if they require non-branding. The link we send you allows the video to play on our server with all your identification. without ever leaving the site where you posted the link. You can also embed the video code on your site and will appear and link to our site for playback.
Yes. Your images will be compressed slightly for optimum viewing. Check the photo insertion page for max and minimum photo sizes, or our USER GUIDE.
Up to 10 MB. File types include: MOV, WMV, MPEG, SWF.
You can upload up to 20 images. All photos are posted on your Photo Page even those not used in your video. Only the first 12 photos in order will be redered in your video.
Using our technology, your still images will be "animated" into a video style format. And image movement is different in each of our video plans.
Any digital camera on the market today should provide great photos for your video. Remember you do not need hi-resolution photos for the Internet.
Anything over a 3 mega pixel camera works.
Images in The Playhouse and Movie Trailer videos
will be repeated until the :60 music track ends.
